Terms of Service

1. The Service

ImageAltGen ("the Service") generates alternative text for images using AI vision models. You submit publicly accessible image URLs; the Service returns generated alt text for your use.

2. Credits & Payment

• • Credits are purchased as one-time packs (e.g., 50 credits for $3, 500 credits for $19).
• • Credits never expire.
• • 1 credit = 1 generated alt text.
• • Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem. We never see or store your card details.
• • Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes Creem may collect at checkout where applicable.

3. Acceptable Use

• • Only submit image URLs that you own or have the right to use.
• • Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights.
• • Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell access without agreement.
• • We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

Alt text is generated by AI models and may occasionally be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing generated alt text before publishing it. You retain all rights to your images and to the generated text for your use.

5. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with an unused credit pack, contact hello@imagealtgen.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Credits that have been partially consumed are non-refundable.

6. Warranty & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding your claim.

7. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms or modify the Service; material changes will be flagged on the site. You may stop using the Service at any time — unused credits remain valid.
